About the project
Developed in Çekmeköy with the assurance of Emlak Konut and the vision of DAP Yapı, Ormanköy sits inside a real forest with its low-rise blocks — a project of a kind rarely seen in Türkiye. Around 90 percent of its roughly 200,000-square-metre site is reserved for green space.
