Medical Tourism Support Services
Free initial assessment, airport pick-up, hotel, interpreter and companionship — from your first question to after you fly home.
Aşk İstanbul does not only arrange your treatment; it supports your entire health journey in Türkiye. Travelling for treatment means an unfamiliar airport, a city you do not know, a different language and clinic appointments. We take that whole side of it off your hands.
Before you travel we agree the hotel, the appointments and how the days will run, and we meet you at the airport when you arrive. An interpreter is with you at the clinic so that what you say reaches the doctor exactly as you meant it, and we stay beside you at every appointment until the day you fly home.
Aşk İstanbul provides organisation and intermediary services; the services on this page are logistical, not medical. Treatment takes place at a licensed partner hospital or centre and the clinical decision rests with the treating doctor.
Medical Tourism
Free initial assessment
You send your case over WhatsApp, we put it to the relevant doctor, and an initial opinion reaches you with no fee and no obligation.
Airport pick-up and transfers
A car meets you on arrival, takes you between the hotel and the centre for every appointment, and returns you to the airport on your departure day.
Accommodation arrangements
A hotel that fits your budget and sits close to the centre you will be attending, with options for travelling alone or with family.
Interpreter support
An interpreter in Arabic, English and Turkish is with you inside the clinic, so nothing is lost from the doctor’s explanation or your questions.
Companionship throughout treatment
Someone from our team is with you at appointments, following up arrangements with the centre and sorting out whatever comes up during your stay.
Contact and follow-up after treatment
We stay in touch once you are home, pass your questions to the medical team and remind you of your review dates.

Frequently asked questions
Which languages does the interpreter cover?
Arabic, English and Turkish. The interpreter is with you at the clinic during the examination and while the plan is explained, translating your questions and the doctor’s answers both ways.
How does the airport pick-up work?
You send us your flight details before you travel; the driver waits for you at the airport and takes you to the hotel. Transfers between the hotel and the centre are then arranged around your appointments, with a transfer back to the airport on your departure day.
What are the accommodation options?
We suggest hotels at different levels close to the centre you will attend, for you alone or with the people travelling with you. You choose what fits your budget, and the booking is confirmed once you approve it.
What exactly does the companionship cover?
Coordinating appointments with the centre, accompanying you there and back, and having someone from our team with you during the appointment to follow up arrangements and resolve anything that arises. It is organisational and involves no medical role.
Is there a charge for the initial assessment?
No. Putting your case to the doctor, receiving an initial opinion and getting a plan with cost and duration are all free of charge, and you are under no obligation until you decide.
Can a family member travel with me?
Yes. We take the number of companions into account when choosing the hotel and arranging transport, and state it in the plan before you travel.
